1) Reliable drive system

It is the first set of full hydraulic drive compact type tyre asphalt concrete paver made in China. The travel, feed and material distribution system all adopt hydraulic drive, featuring good bearing capacity, high drive efficiency, and convenient control.
The plunger pump and motor all adopt products of America Sauer brand, and all the elements all adopt products of famous brands to ensure the reliability, such as control valve, steel pipe, joint, filter, etc.

2) Efficient feed/ material distribution system

The feed system and distribution system are independent and they can be controlled separately.
The single chain adopts unique double scraper blade, which effectively improves the conveying capability of the machine.
There is reverse blade in the middle of the material distribution bin, which can effectively improve the material supplying from the lower part of the bin and prevent dissociation.

3) Efficient control system

It adopts mechanical-electric-hydraulic integrated control technology.
The left/right feed/material distribution device adopts ultrasonic level gauge which can achieve automatic even feeding of materials.
The standard configuration includes electronic automatic leveling device which ensures higher evenness of the paving surface.

4) Strong power system

ZheJiang  Shangchai D4114ZG2B diesel engine, 100KW, large power reserve.
The combined radiator effectively reduces the working temperature of the engine and hydraulic system and ensures long-time reliable work.

1. Control System:
Electric control system consists of imported color touch screen and programmed PLC with data input and output device, including safety logical control and trouble shooting System. Vibration analyzing system: Detecting the vibration frequency, vibration amplitude, vibration acceleration and noise of the whole machine, so as to adjust the vibration to optimum efficiency.

2. CZPT ulic System:
The system consists of imported components and seals with high dynamic performance proportional valves. The action of key cylinders can be operated through the regulator of flow and pressure according to the working requirement. The main frame is wide for the convenience of mold filling, so more blocks can be made. In order to get even pressure, three oil reservoirs are used, which raise the pressure to as high as 100t. Moreover, the smallest reservoir in the middle increases the operating speed of the left and right ones respectively, thus improving the productivity.

3. Frequency conversion motor drive the vibrating case, easy to obtain ideal vibration force, vibration frequency and amplitude, can produce high quality block. CZPT double-vibration box drives all in one vibration table to make the deviation of amplitude lower, more even so as to guarantee the consistency firm and durable.

4. Adopts more CZPT d material-feeding technology, material from the hopper fall into the mould case rapidly and evenly, make the weight error less than ± 5%, the intensity error less than≤ ± 15%.

Digital micro-computer control can pre-select the speed. Adopt the constant speed automatic control technique, ensuring the paving speed not impacted by the load. During moving, the paving speed and travel speed can be switched freely.

Strong material distribution capacity: It adopts 360mm coarse pitch, Φ420 large diameter blade, and 28BH reinforced drive chain, the drive capacity is higher 25% than the similar products.
The material distribution box and chain adopt high-intensity design, which can supply strong transmission CZPT . The maximum CZPT transmission capacity of the material distribution shaft is 5000Nm, which can achieve full buried distribution, greatly reducing the segregation.
